1. What is Joyscape?
It’s Google OneBLR’s year-end bash, featuring workshops, Google’s Got Talent, and a celebration like no other!
2. Do I need to register for giveaways at Joyscape?
Yes! If you want to grab some giveaways, you need to register using the links provided.
3. How do I collect my giveaway?
After you register, you will receive a unique QR code in your email ID. All you need to do is show up and scan it at the Giveaway Booth!
2. Do I need to register for the workshops?
Yes! Choose your workshops from your preferred campus and register - it's all online
3. Can I sign up for multiple workshops?
You can register for up to two workshops, but they must be in the same location. So take your pick!
4. What if I miss my workshop slot?
We encourage you to arrive on time, as the workshops will be held in batches and slots are limited!
However, if you don’t register online beforehand or miss your designated slot, you can register on-spot if there are extra seats available.
5. Can I attend the same workshop at different campuses?
Unfortunately, no. You cannot attend the same workshop across multiple locations.
6. Will there be food and drinks?
Absolutely! Delicious food stops and refreshing beverages will be available at the cafeteria during the event.
7. Is there a dress code?
Come as you are, but don’t shy away from rocking your favourite party vibe!
8. Is there a limit to the number of attendees?
Yes, the cafeteria capacity is limited:
Carina (8th Floor Cafeteria): 350 pax
RMZ (5th Floor Cafeteria): 256 pax
Kyoto West (3rd Floor Cafetia): 156 pax
Kyoto (Parking space behind Kyoto East) : 600 pax
Make sure to arrive on time to secure your spot-it’s first come, first served!
9. Can I bring visitors to the event?
Unfortunately, no. This event is exclusively for Googlers and has limited capacity, so let’s keep it within the Google family.

14. Can I modify or cancel my workshop registration once it’s done?
Unfortunately, no. Once you’ve registered, your slot is confirmed and cannot be modified or canceled. However, if you’d like to participate in a different activity, you can visit your preferred workshop on the event day, and we’ll accommodate you based on slot availability. Please note that we cannot guarantee a spot.
